ChamberSkills: Learning Plan
Our Aims
We will give managers an opportunity to think about the different functions they perform across, the task, the team and the individuals they are responsible for. They will review their perceived performance in these areas via a Leadership and Management Questionnaire. We will create a supportive environment in which to prepare a prioritised learning plan.
Objectives
At the end of the training session delegates will have:
- Listed their personal development goals;
- Reflected on how they perform different essential functions;
- Experienced and demonstrated co-coaching;
- Listed the benefits of their development plans; and,
- Motivated themselves to implement their plan.
