Our Aims
Meetings can; inspire activity, build productive relationships, distil ideas into decisions, provide direction and make people feel a valuable part of something worthwhile. Meetings are a regular and useful way to demonstrate your management and leadership skills.
Objectives
At the end of the training session delegates will have:
- Outlined the value of a productive meeting on a corporate and individual level;
- Speculated on the cost of poor meetings versus the gain of excellent ones;
- Experienced two meetings run in a different way;
- Made progress on two business issues;
- Learned how to run and attend meetings in a ‘Thinking Environment’; and,
- Used a tool for removing the barriers to productive outcomes of meetings.
