ChamberSkills: The Motivational Manager
Our Aims
We aim to encourage managers to take time to think, so that they can stay motivated, to keep the strategic view in mind when making decisions. At the same time as keeping the big picture in mind managers need to bring their teams along with them. We will ensure that skills, processes and perspectives that assist with keeping teams motivated and committed are explored, experienced and tested.
Objectives

- Defined the balance for effective leadership and management;
- Described the conditions that encourage motivation, ideas and positive actions;
- Made specific progress on one motivation issue;
- Outlined what they can do to motivate their team;
- List the impact of their own personality on others; and
- Coached a colleague.
