Our Aims
We aim to deliver the knowledge, skills and attitude to help team leaders and managers to make the most of performance management practices.
Objectives
At the end of the training session delegates will have:
- Described ways to help their team to interpret their job descriptions;
- Demonstrated how to make expectations clear, agree performance measure in a positive way;
- Defined an escalation procedure;
- Coached team members through misunderstandings;
- Demonstrated the use job description and appraisals; and,
- Shown assertiveness.
