Our Aims
Delegates will take time to list their achievements and challenges over the course. They will make a presentation that describes their leadership and management style and plan for ongoing development and motivation for the future.
Objectives
At the end of the training session delegates will have:
- Outlined the their main achievements;
- Described their ongoing challenges;
- Taken inspiration from their colleagues present;
- Planned future learning and development; and,
- Put in place activities to use the cohort on the course in the future.
